and customer care is excellent.
Other hosting companies I have
been with have always had the
worst support, I could never get
in contact, they never answered
tickets and it drove me crazy.
Server Yard has live chats, answers
tickets quickly and it's wonderful;
it shows they do care about thier
customers.
Improvements:
SY doesn't needs to have a wider
range of packagss and such. They
were able to customize a plan
for me, which was great, but I
think if they had more hosting
packages it would be a little
better for other people.
I think you could
also make the site more navigational.
The first time I went to serveryard.com
it was very confusing on where
to go for things. But I understand
it now.
I have had nothing
but good experiences, when getting
my account set up w/ transfering
domain and such, I had problems
with getting login information
because of my email, and the live
support helped me immediently.
